Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Apartment AhornView. A prepayment is required within 14 days of booking unless otherwise agreed.
The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Bitcoin. Instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
Cancellation Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: prepayment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: full payment may be retained unless the accommodation can be rebooked.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Check-in / Check-out Check-in is available from [arrivalTime] on [arrivalDate].
Check-out must be completed by [departureTime] on [departureDate]. Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in a tidy condition.
Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to respect the property and its contents and follow house rules communicated before or during the stay.
Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest. Maximum occupancy rules must be followed as outlined in your booking.
Communication By booking with us, you agree to receive booking confirmations, arrival details, and stay-related information via email and/or WhatsApp.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct contact details, including your WhatsApp number.

We do not collect or store your credit card or Bitcoin private key information.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
